1)  WHAT COMPANY ARE YOU REPRESENTING?

For solar panels, Sunsolar-NRG represents UKSOL because we believe that we can only market quality products. UKSOL panels are European (United Kingdom) branded with a rock solid warranty of 12 years and 30 year linear performance guarantee. For other components we do not want to be committed. We are free to import all brands of components from anywhere in the world. This gives us a wide range and flexibility in our offers. Also, the market is developing rapidly so we can develop along not being restricted to one brand. Our Solar-panels are an exception to that. We committed ourselves to UKSOL because of it’s top-quality performance and rock solid warranty.

2)  WHAT BRAND IS THE BEST?

This is a very basic problem for the customer. There are many brands to choose from and there is a wide range of quality. Pricing is not always a guide to go by. There are low-quality product being sold at high prices. This is where Sunsolar-nrg plays an important role. We are committed to transparency. We offer our clients different options to choose from and fully brief them on the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Some European owned but China manufactured components offer a good compromise for more expensive wholly European manufactured items. With our expertise we can separate the low-quality from the better ones and can offer compromises as a 2nd option to clients to safe cost. Our 1st option will always be top-quality but in the end it is the decision of the customer.

3)  HOW MUCH WILL I INVEST FOR MY HOUSE?

For residential use there is a very rough estimation.

  • Residences which do not use aircon in  daytime, the cost will be your electricity bill multiplied by 15. Your savings will be 25% of your billing. Your return of investment is between 4-5 years.
  • Residences which do use aircon in the daytime; the cost will be your electricity bill multiplied by 30. Your savings will be 50% of your billing. Your return of investment between 4-5 years.

4)  IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR YOUR PRODUCT?

Yes. There is.

5)  HOW MANY YEARS IS YOUR WARRANTY?

There is a rock solid warranty of 12 years and 30 year linear performance guarantee.

6)  IS YOUR PRODUCT COVERED WITH ACTS OF GOD INSURANCE?

Yes, some insurance offer insurance at an annual premium 1200 Peso per million on solar panel system. If mounted on a residence, this residence likewise needs to be insured. For acts of God, it is important that the house is also insured against that.

7)  WHAT COUNTRY IS THE MAKER OF YOUR PRODUCT?

The maker and design comes from United Kingdom. They are manufactured under their own strict foreign quality control in Asia.

8)  WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE?

Our office is located in #27 Emerald Avenue, San Gregorio Subd .La Paz, Iloilo city. We are covering the entire Visayas region with our product.

9)  WHO ARE THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE INSTALLED YOUR PRODUCT WITH?

We have installed solar panel in Negros, and all over Panay.

10)  DO YOU HAVE AN INSTALLMENT PLAN?

Yes, we are negotiating with the Banks to value the asset of a solar system. The approval of loans is on a case to case basis. Sunsolar-nrg helps in customer negotiating by giving a financial guarantee to the bank of 15% of the total solar-system value for the first 2 years in case of default of the customer. Aside from private banks there are PAG-IBIG members can avail of home improvement loans on solar-systems.

11)  IS YOUR PRODUCT COMPLETE WITH INSTALLATION?

Yes, complete installation with after sales service. In addition we can furnish the grid-tie application at the utility company for an “at cost” service.

12)  DO YOU HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS READILY AVAILABLE?

Yes, we keep stock of panels and of most components. In addition, our network, import expertise and permits enable us to source items on short notice.

13)  DO YOU HAVE AFTER SALES SERVICE READILY AVAILABLE?

Yes, we have top of the line electric engineers available. Not only fresh college graduates but (more important) weathered highly experienced licensed electric engineer, top in their field both theoretical and practical.

14)  ARE YOUR INSTALLERS AND PERSONAL AVAILABLE ANYTIME?

Our installation and maintenance crew are available any time also in the weekends. Depending on the type of priority, we can dispatch them to the customer’s location.

16) If I am interested as a residential owner, what is the next step?

You can contact us. We will visit your location where we will outline the different kind of options we can offer to you. At the same time we will (free of charge or any commitment from customer) place a energy logging device with WIFI facility. We leave this in your location for 10-15 days after we can make an assessment of your consumption profile. In another meeting we will surrender to you the graphs we were able to extract from the device and outline to you the size of solar installation you require. Our installations are always tailor made to the customer at a lowest peso/watt ratio enabling you a fast return on your investment.
